Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered! We are happy to accept eligible returns in new and unused conditions within 30 days from receipt of the package. You can choose to be refunded to your original form of payment, minus a $14 return shipping fee, or in the form of store credit for the full amount. Items must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached.

SWIM: If you buy a swimsuit or bikini bottom & remove the hygienic liner, we will no longer be able to accept the return. Please try swimsuits on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

Please note: all items marked final sale (ending in .99) cannot be returned or exchanged. We currently don't offer exchanges or refunds on an item that was previously exchanged. In addition, sale items purchased with a discount code during a promotion may not be returned or exchanged.

MONARCH reserves the right to deny any return that does not fall within the specific guidelines listed above. Items will be sent back directly to the customer in a timely manner should they not fit MONARCHs return requirements.

Not the perfect fit? MONARCH is happy to offer an exchange of your eligible item for a different size or color with a waived restocking fee. Please note all exchanges must follow the same return guidelines as listed above and are subject to the item's availability.
